Beats365 music can only be used pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth by Beats365.com
By purchasing a license to use music produced by Beats365.com, you are commiting to abide by the rules of
of the License Agreement.

1. The Musical compositions you have chosen to purchase are owned by beats365.com and they will remain the property
of Beats365.com. These beats are available for you to license for presentation purposes in accordance with the following
terms and conditions:
2. You, (as an end-user of the product,) otherwise known as licencee, are given a non-exclusive right to use Beats365.com
music as long as vocals are recorded over the the Beats365.com music (syncronization) and any other use is not permitted
unless a requested multimedia license is granted by Beats365.com
3. It is universally understood and agreed that licensor retains all rights, interest and title in the Beats365.com compositions,
and Licensee does not gain any copyrights or ownership rights after recording vocals ontop of Beats365.com beats.
4. This License forbids resale and commercial distribution of Beats365.com compositions either modified or as they exist
or modified after license is purchased. You cannot sell, lease, rent or barter the musical compositions licensed by
Beats365.com to another user for use in a product. When ordering custom production, Radio distribution and
album rights are granted to buyer.
5. Use of Beats365.com compositions without synchronization of vocal performances) is not permitted without
obtaining a special Multimedia license directly from Beats365.com. If you are interested in using Beats365.com
music for use in Broadcast, Internet, Commercial Advertisement, or film you must contact Beats365.com,
and request the license.
Unauthorized use or duplication is a violation of this agreement and of applicable laws of the United States and other countries.
Any infringement of copyright will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
and we only email paid members any bonus beats, contests, and news and we change the user id's monthly, so it is important for you to give us the correct contact information at the time of sale.

ALL OF OUR BEATS ARE COPYRIGHTED. WHEN YOU PURCHASE THEM FOR THE EXCLUSIVE PRICE, YOU ARE PURCHASING THE BEAT WITH YOUR VOCALS ON IT, AND YOU CAN COPYRIGHT IT WITH YOUR VOCALS RECORDED ONTOP.
Although we upload new beats frequently, we are not bound to make available product after you have purchased the initial 200 beats. We will send new beats when we have custom made them, monthly to the purchaser via the email provided by you at the time of membership.
